JM: Did you find it difficult to get along with other inmates? Ron: no i have allways been able to fit right
in ,that was the problem earlly on ..don,t try
to do this be nice to a degree & respectful
allways but don,t try to fit in you will
classify yourself with a certain group that
might turn out to be bad news or something you
get committed to and you allways have to pay in
jail or prison for frienship, either with blood
or money something you have that you share with
your hommies.. Tiffany: I was alone most of the time. At the time of my
arrest I must of been the only female. I was put
in holding areas alone. When I was finally moved
to my (pod) I got along easily with my bunk buddy.
JM: What types of things did you have to do to avoid problems or fights with other inmates? Ron: first you have to have your legal summary status
report this is like your life ticket it shows
your whole arrest file even for what didn,t
stick as long as your clean on that .when you
arrive in jail/prison you give it to the
keyholder for your car,,then try to find
somebody to pal up hang with a workout partner
working out is a very good way to both gey
respect & stay out of trouble you can also eat
up a lot of time working out then showering 7
washing your clothes & stuff related to that.. Tiffany: I kept to my self.
JM: Were you able to choose an inmate if you knew one? Ron: yes you can usually be-friend someone by first
going around 7 introducing yourself & from what
town / county your from ,this is an ice breaker
so to speak..if you hang-out by yourself you,ll
get labelled as a loner& inmates look for
behavior like that, especially if you don,t have
your paperwork, choose an enemy an case it goes
down try to befriend your neighbers of other
raceswhen it kicks off strike accordinglly. Tiffany: Doubt it.
