Interview with Ron and Tiffany


JM: What types of facilities were available to help pass the time?
Ron: out door yard workout routine church
Tiffany: I was only there for the weekend, in the day room there are table and chairs to sit on. A tv up on the wall. shower. Mostly we walked around the room like caged mice.

JM: Did you have regular access to the entertainment or was competition fierce?
Ron: i played cards a lot. T.V. was allways on & loud .
Tiffany: There was a tv on the wall in the day room that was on 24/7 and VERY LOUD. You were not able to sleep well, only naps really. The PODS were very noisy and Lights on 24/7. They say they dim them after 11:30 but they lights were still very bright.

JM: Did you have a hard time staying in shape while in jail?
Ron: no i like to work out & stay fit , that is the one good thing about jail a chance to get right.pay for your crime,& move on

JM: How often did you get to go outside?
Ron: every day that i we were,nt locked down or that it was,nt to cold.
Tiffany: None

JM: Did the jail offer church services? If so, what were they like and when were they held?
Ron: yes mostly low level ,one & two have access to church on sunday,s & weds. good very good.
Tiffany: While I was there for the weekend, one evening a small group from a church came to the day room and played some music and talked for about 30 min. Then on sunday morning, we were still locked in our pods, you could hear the Pastor speaking for about 30 minutes.
